We would be delighted to welcome you to the second floor apartment of the Villa des Souvenirs.

By booking this apartment you will be staying on the second floor of the Villa.

The villa has been completely renovated. It is located in a quiet crossroads.

It is divided into three completely independent apartments.

One is where the owner lives and the other two are for seasonal rental.

Each apartment has its own private entrance.

You can reserve the two apartments in our listing to make the most of your stay with friends or family.

The swimming pool is heated (if the outside night-time temperature is above 20°) and shared.

The first-floor apartment has three bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The terrace is private and has its own garden furniture, barbecue and 8-seater outdoor table.

The apartment is equipped with cleaning products, shower and pool towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities and all necessary electrical appliances (blender, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, oven, microwave, etc.).

Every corner of the Villa des Souvenirs exudes tranquility, offering our guests an exclusive retreat in an idyllic setting, perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends.

Access:

Access to the accommodation is via a narrow walkway that is two meters wide in places. This can be difficult to maneuver.

We recommend that guests arrive with a small or medium-sized vehicle.

You have access to a parking space in the Villa with your reservation.

If you wish to park outside, the Villa can be reached in less than five minutes on foot.

Bus five minutes' walk away.

City center twenty minutes away by car or public transport.

Marseille Saint Charles train station 20 minutes away by car.

Marseille Provence airport 40 minutes away by car.

The number of travelers mentioned at the time of booking must correspond to the number of people accessing the accommodation during the stay.
